It addresses the critical transition from Mechanical Completion through Commissioning to safe and controlled Start-Up, where assurance, traceability, and operational readiness are essential. The content aligns with recognised international codes and best practice, including API RP 1FSC – Facilities Systems Completion Planning and Execution and NORSOK Z-007, ensuring consistency with proven Systems Completion and CSU methodologies used on major capital projects worldwide.
